1. RETURN POLICY

At Distribution Labar, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy.

Return period

30 days free of charge — You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your product free of charge.

Return conditions

  • The product must be in good condition (original purchase condition).
  • The product must be complete with all included accessories.
  • The box and packaging must be in good condition.
  • Products must have their serial numbers intact.

Return shipping costs

Return at the buyer's expense — Shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility.

Reboxing fee

A 15% reboxing fee applies if the box is damaged during opening or transit. This fee covers the cost of repackaging and reconditioning the product.

Return process

  1. Contact our customer service department to obtain a return authorization.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return.
  4. Ship the product to our address at your own expense.
  5. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.

2. PRODUCT WARRANTY

All of our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty conditions

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered.
  • Damage caused by improper installation is not covered.
  • Damage caused by accidents or improper use is not covered.
  • Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.

How to make a claim

  1. Contact our customer service department with your proof of purchase.
  2. Describe the defect or problem found.
  3. Provide photos of the product if possible.
  4. We will assess your request and propose a solution.
  5. Solutions may include a repair, a replacement or a refund.

3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

  • Normal wear and tear and premature wear.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or use.
  • Damage caused by accidents, negligence or misuse.
  • Products modified, repaired or serviced by unauthorized parties.
  • Damage caused by external factors (weather, corrosion, etc.).
  • Products used for commercial purposes (unless otherwise specified).
